Simply select the year your child is in, and what subject they are studying, and you will find hundreds of resources that fit into the curriculum.

Vic government
The Victorian Government has a great collection of information for parents on the best ways to support their children in their learning. With suggestions on how to settle your child into learning from home and lists of resources to assist in learning, this is a great page if you are unsure on how to support you child best.

Fuse Primary
FUSE, provided by the Victorian Government, is a one-stop-shop for activities. Here you'll find hundreds of suggestions for activities, experiments and research relevant to the age of your child. If you're struggling to get your child to engage with traditional learning at the moment, the vast resources of FUSE, such as free podcasts, research assignments and interactive games, are a great and engaging alternative.

Wellbeing

During these unstable times, our mental and physical health can easily decline as we are forced out of routine. No child will be learning to the best of their abilities if they are not happy and healthy, so we have collated some helpful resources that will help boost your child's wellbeing.

Smiling Mind
Smiling Mind is a free app that is available on both Apple and Android devices. It provides a customised mindfulness program for children to guide them through meditations and breathing exercises.

Abc kids
ABC Kids has a vast range of resources to assist children in talking about their feelings and promoting resilience communication.

Podcasts
Podcasts can be a great way to escape the stresses of life; even for kids. There are plenty of great podcasts for kids that vary from stories, to science, to sleep. Here is a list of some favourites.

This is a short 5 minute workout made specifically for kids. Strength exercises like these are important to keep in your child's routine, especially in lockdown when they might not be as active as usual.

Dancing is a great way to make exercise fun for kids, it's a great workout and it is really good for improving coordination. There are lots of videos on YouTube like this that you kids can dance along to.
