 St. Malachy's School

Edenhope
Pursuing fullness of life for all by inspiring faith, lifelong learning and community engagement.
Established in 1953, St. Malachy's School has a rich history of educating students in Edenhope and its surrounds.  With a focus on holistic growth, we aim to provide students from Foundation to Year Six with not only a high quality academic education, but also the opportunity and support to foster their social, spiritual, physical and psychological growth. Guided by the Catholic faith, we believe that all children should have the opportunity to be educated in a respectful, supportive and personal environment; the close-knit community we have created here at St. Malachy's works tirelessly to meet these needs for all of our students.  It is our hope that once every child leaves our school, they are confident that they have the skills and the self-belief to make a worthwhile contribution to the world.

::::::::::::
St. Malachy's School acknowledges the five traditional owner groups of this land;
the Wotjobaluk, Wergaia, Jupagulk, Jaadwa and Jadawadjali people.

 We recognise the important and ongoing place that all Indigenous people hold in our community.
 We pay our respects to the elders, both past and present, and commit to working together in the spirit of mutual understanding and respect for the benefit of the broader community and future generations.
